It went well - I didn't start the attack phase again (which I should have!) but went back to cruise and lost 3lb.
So the week after next I am AL again and I am going to do the attack phase for 7 days alongside Jillian Michael's 30 day shred - which I have heard lots of good things about, but have struggled to find the 20 mins quiet time each day to do the workout.
I want to drop another dress size before Christmas - and be a size 12/14 by next June... It should be do able if I can rediscover my willpower and say no to carbs & sweet things!
